Martin's Climate Controlled Storage contains all climate controlled units. It is a two-storey building with a freight elevator and while it contains mostly indoor units, direct access outdoor units with loading docks are also provided at this location. Martin's Climate Controlled Storage accepts deliveries on behalf of clients and can place deliveries directly into your unit. Gate hours and office hours are the same so staff are always available to assist you.

Located at 95 Terry Fox Drive, Martin's Climate Controlled Storage is centrally located and can be easily accessed from highway 401, Sir John A. MacDonald Blvd., and John Counter Blvd.

Martin's Climate Controlled Storage is made of structural steel, with a steel roof and concrete floors. Units are secure, extremely clean, and well ventilated. Knowledgeable staff are available to assist with any questions to make your renting experience as smooth as possible.
