Access: Now that you have your own space, you can come and go as you like between posted access hours. You can add to your space, retrieve items, sort and organize, or simply leave it be.
Paying for your storage:
We rent on a 4 – week rolling rental basis. You pay in advance on the first day of each four-week period starting on the day you first rent. For your convenience, we have a number of payment options including; cash, debit, MasterCard, Visa, pre-authorized credit card payment, and automatic withdrawal.
You also have the option of paying for a year up front, and getting the last 4 weeks of the year term free, and you are not subject to any price increase during the year period should there be any.
Need more or less space?
If you outgrow your space or require less space, we can easily help you acquire another space that is more suited to your changing needs.
Moving Out:
It is important to know that:
- The minimum rental period is four weeks
- Our rental agreement will automatically renew every four weeks until you give us 7 days notice that you no longer require the space.
- You can give your notice by email, over the telephone, or in person.
- Once you have stayed the minimum 4 weeks, if in your last term you require the space for less than 4 weeks, we can prorate by the week.
- On move-out day you need to remove all the contents of your space, leave it broom ready, and remove your lock.
- When you are finished, let your property manager know that your space is vacant so that the space can be inspected and you can receive your vacate receipt.
